FOR OVER 50 YEARS
LEADER IN THE SALE OF FABRICS
HISTORY
At the beginning of the 70s, the MCA emmecia company was founded with headquarters in Meda, a famous town in the Lombardy province of Monza and Brianza, famous for its design and historic artisan production. A place that has always been a source of inspiration for taste in furnishings, refined, original and refined, in every element and detail.
Mr. Sabino Matarazzo played a fundamental role in the birth and growth of the company since its inception due to its commercial qualities. Around 1980, Mr. Sabino Matarazzo becomes the sole company contact person.
The family continues to firmly lead the company, maintaining its widespread distribution with over one thousand two hundred Italian and foreign customers and expertly adapting its creations to the new needs of the market, always keeping innovation and research at its centre.
EXCELLENT FABRICS
MCA EMMECIA has been creating and marketing furnishing fabrics signed MCA EMMECIA since its inception. Over time, the "signature" becomes synonymous with quality, excellence and elegance and leads the company to be one of the main players in the furnishing fabrics sector both in Italy and abroad.
The elegance of an Italian culture renowned throughout the world, a distinctive style, and the guarantee of unmistakable quality to offer excellent fabrics, between tradition and innovative experimentation.
PRODUCTS and PRODUCTION
The products are designed, created and marketed exclusively by MCA, Milano Tessuti and the Surcanapè brand.
For the production of fabrics; MCA makes use of qualified Italian and Mediterranean companies. Collaboration with these companies allows us to best satisfy the needs of the market and, at times, the complex requests of both industrial and contract customers.
The variety and diversification of the products offered have always been the company's strength, together with the fast and precise service on which MCA has built its reputation and history for over 50 years of activity.
The Group's textile collections/proposal vary from the marketing of flat fabrics to jacquards, from velvets to brocades, from fabrics for the indoor to those for the outdoor, with different and innovative yarns, colours, compositions and finishes.
Cottons, silks, linens and viscoses are some of the yarns used in the MCA Group's proposals, as well as polyesters, polypropylenes and acrylics for their high technical capabilities to "perform" in different conditions.
